Peter Elliott

Peter Elliott has over 20 years experience in information, communication and technology. He leads PA’s Global Smart City initiative and is working with public and private sector organisations developing their Smart City programmes. He has extensive experience and expertise in technology-enabled business cases and ICT network infrastructure, applications and systems. Peter has held senior executive technical management roles at Orange and The Cloud Networks and speaks regularly at urban planning and development conferences on Smart City networks.

Philip Sweetman

Throughout his career, Philip has worked in the energy and water industries in the US and the UK, delivering IT solutions and implementing business change across the areas of finance, engineering and operations to billing, metering and customer service. Increasingly this has meant including elements of Smart in each project, holistically looking at the changes necessary to move to this new paradigm. Philip has spent nearly 10 years in the US growing PA’s IT business and is a Member of PA’s Management Group.

Mike McCloskey

Mike worked in oil, gas and power businesses for more than 20 years, starting in wholesale trading and moving through energy retail, wholesale market operation, emissions management and power generation. Latterly he has specialised in business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT outsourcing (ITO) services at Siemens.
